How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

The duration to get your package depends on your distance, mode (express or normal mode), Shipping methods and the time your order was made.

For orders within the states, we usual take 1 to 2 business days to deliver. For location out of the states, it takes from 2 to 5 business days to be delivered.

How Does Delivery Guarantee Works?

Our delivery guarantee means we do everything to get your order delivered. If your order got lost somehow (which actually never occur) we will resend the order in a different stealthy packaged manner. Since we both will have access to the track and trace of the package we can determine what happened. If it appears to be impossible to get your order delivered we will refund the money.

Shipping Problems?

Please do not contact us for information on when your item will be shipped, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It usually takes maximum of 8 hours for you to get tracking depending on the time your order was made.

Cancelled Order?

If your order is canceled it is most likely due to the product being banned in your location or your credit card was declined. We will refund you immediately the refund process can take anywhere from a few hours to 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

How Do I Place An Order?

Once you have seen the product you are looking for, click on the product to view its price. After which you will need to select the quantity you will be needing. Add product to cart once you are done and proceed to check out where you will need to feel your billing information and proceed to place an order. Once you are done, payment details will be sent via your email or text. Once you make the payment and send confirmation, your order is complete.

How Can I Cancel Or Change An Order?

Once you have place an order, you can go back to your account to view order. Click on cancel or the red x sign beside the order. If you wish to select another product, go back to shop and place the order.

Do I Need An Account To Place An Order?

Once you place an order, an account will automatically be created for you to manage your order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order have been placed and payment confirmed for the order, you will receive a mail for your shipment with your tracking. The mail will direct you on how to track your package.

How Can I Return A Product?

If you received your package and you realized the package was for another person or its not what you ordered, Please do mail us and send back the package. Another package containing your order will be sent to you.

Do You Have To Use Your Real Name During Order?

If you use a fake name then choose something real like: “Jason Smith” Orders that have names like: “A.Z.” Look suspicious and sometimes wont be delivered. Keep your order small enough to fit inside your regular mailbox. If not, you will receive a “For Pick Up” slip which will require you to go pick it up. If you don’t have identification it wont be able to be picked up.
